* Download And Install Proxifier.***
* Open Proxifier And Goto Proxy Settings On The Top Menu BarThen Click On Add , And In The Proxy Server Enter The Proxy Working In YourRegion With Port 8080 , Then In Protocol Check Mark Https And Do Not UseAuthentication. Then Click On Ok , And Check Mark The Proxy Server JustCreated And Click On Ok Again .
* Now Dial Up Ur Internet Connection And You Will Be Connected.**
* Open Ur Web Browser and make sure you did not used any proxy in browser or any other application Becoz Proxifier will automatically find them .
*if it's not working then configure proxy settings in ur browser preferrably opera or mozila. give ip addresse's working on port no:3182..search in google, u'l find many ip addresse's for port no:3182..check belows to get some working ip's
